This is the sled I use to make cuts on blanks at over 45 degrees. The jig works well for making ellipticals and petals.

Timely post. I`m in the process of reconfiguring my dungeon and will be able to add a few new things in . As always Mark thank you for your contribution.

Thx Mark! This helps a lot. 2x4"s for the cleats stacked and do you screw in one end so as to be able to adjust the angle on the larger bottom cleat?
