Well Marco, at least he dive bombed an easy fix area. Could have been worse had he walked up and down the rod! :-) Been there and it aint pretty :-)

Beautiful well executed inlay. Epoxy is better than amber.

Marco. One more coat of epoxy and you'll have a great bug inlay. Very original!

Marco, find a similar bug and put it on the opposite side. Then put in a couple single thread rings of pink and purple to match the beautiful bug wings. Just kidding. I feel your pain!
