I called Batson with a simple little question, like where can I get one, and the receptionist transferred me directly to Kerry who spent about five minutes 'chating' with me........talk about customer service.....I'm impressed to say the least. Thank You, Steven

I spoke to Karry myself yesterday on another rod matter, and have several times before, very nice person to talk too and work with!

Looks quite sweet. Will they be offered in additional sizes, like 17 and 18, to suit use with spinning seats?
