Wrapping with micros tonite. 80 grams now.

Great way to use that technique. Larry Tysinger just did one similar. The carbon sleeving is taking off.

Wrapped with Forecast TCVS3TNG20, Fuji LSG10, 5.5, 4.5, 3.5, 3.5, 3.5, 3.5, FST5.5 and a hookkeep. All said and done 87 grams.
Yard cast great. Will try to break it in proper in the am.

Very nice looking Mike - Did you check the height and weight on butt guide with the Fuji TATSG - I am thinking you can get higher and smaller ring at the same time with less wt - not sure

Thanks Bill. Been kinda using what I've had on hand at the time. The VS3's are not the lightest but are fairly tall. The VS320 is 3.2g so I could lose a little there. The crutch butt is 11.4g but I like a solid butt;) It also balanced the rod out nicely. I'm gonna go for the lightest possible next time while still attempting to give the look and feel of a complete grip assembly. Gotta keep something on the blank to charge the customer for.
