I purchased this chuck on Ebay for $40 and the Motor and foot pedal for $10 on Ebay. Mounted it on a bar stool for mobility and Viola! A power wrapper on the cheap! I can't wait to try it out..

Looks like it will get the job done but I would loose the bar stool and mount it to an old cheap coffee table. Much more stable that way.

Just kind of curious where you got the large pulley for your setup.

Bill, I was able to find your setup on ebay. I have a setup for drying that works well @ about 8 rpms. My pulley is homemade from a piece of MDF. It works okay, but I have a bit of runout on the pulley I would like to resolve. Yes, it wobbles about 1/6" and bugs me. If I could find a good source for some sheet PVC, my problem would be solved. I haven't found a good dumpster yet! Anyway, thanks for the pointer to ebay.
