Don, I'm not the Mark you're asking, but I have not been able to find one single source for information on segmented turning; it's spread out in many different areas. One book you should look at though is by Malcolm Tibbetts [ link ] it will give you the basics for turning segmented bowls. The basics learned in this book can be applied to any segmented grip; the balance will come to you through experience and believe it or not your mistakes.
