Made this grip as a gift for a friend who is associated with the Houston Astros. We met in February at the ICRBE, and since have become pretty good friends.
IMO - The best part about The SHow is not all the rod building stuff, it's being able to meet otehrs who share a passion for rod buildign and fishing. I've been fortunate to have met so many people from literally around the world by making plans and attending several ICRBE's, as well as RodCrafter Seminars before they ceased, The West Coast Show this past year, as well as hosting and attending NERBs Gatehrings. I've built so many relationships with people - personal friendships - all i can say is I strongly suggest anyoen looking at this pic and taking the time to read this to do waht you can to get to any of the events, shows, gatherigns, etc - and enjoy the heck out of them.

THanks Doc. Thanks DR. I've had some Cork patterns that I've wanted to do for quite some time, hopefull yI'll get to them in the near future to shar ewith you guys who are into cork more than EVA.
