Brave man Obed. usually the ligher colors on top dont play as well but you pulled this on off nicely. You might take a look at your finish work where it meets the cork. Just a little advice. Some mask it off so it stays straight and uniform.

Thank you for the advice. I could have taken better care during prep. There was some creep under my tape. A lot of fine sanding and work afterwards will be a reminder that "an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure."
