mt engraved nickel silver ferrule mt and pinned on butt with wrap of pearsalls gossamer chestnut silk with 1 coat of Alchemist amber varnish on the wraps the Alchemist varnish is a artest medum used for mixing paint pigments for oil paintings but is soaks, but is hard to dry so after 2 days the first coat of Southerland wells will go on that drys all the 2 more sand with 1500grit and final coat of varnish wrap will be trasparent
