Tried an epoxy ramp and now I need to take down the hypalon to smooth the transition. I have a feeling I should have done that first......next time. I didn't know if I could shape hypalon until I asked on the forum. Now I just need a machine that is a little faster and and wobbles less than my homemade wrapper. I really like the blues but I used metalics on the cross wrap and NCP for the guide wraps with blue steel metalic trim.....dosen't really match, I have a long way to go.

No worries Steven,
The camera always sees everything but after the finish is on nobody will ever notice.
You can wait until after the finish is on the wrap and set then sand the EVA down to where you want it. If you scratch the finish during the sanding don't sweat it. Just put another light coat and the scratches disappear.
Looks GREAT BTW

Yeah, finish first. The finish will build up the diameter of the wrap and ramp wrapping, even closer to the Hypalon. You may not have to sand down after that.
