Steve nice butt cap with the fangs and chain. But what are the five diamond items?

Thanks Jim. For those 'Diamond Sparkles' I use Holograph Gold or Silver Tinsel. I carefully cut it with a scalpel and make the diamonds. Touch them on with a little CP. They make subtle highlights.
