What loomis blank did you use. I'm thinking about building one for east coast tarpon.

My friend purchased it at a tackle shop. All I know is that the sales man said it was a Loomis approx 20-50# class it has a soft tip and a stiff back. The butt was abt .750" and the tip was #7 I used 8 guides plus the tip top. I've Built others and I mainly use Musky blanks they work great. I see at Mudhole.com they have several choices. It might be an Mu-946...

Thanks Jason. I'm actually going over to Mud Hole tommorrow. I' ll check that blank out & asked them for some recommendations.
