My opinion not based on any fact only conjecture: They are proprietary, built only for Daiwa. As has been said on your other pic and in the forum thread, you can get a similar seat by mixing and matching / modifying other seats and components.

How sad, I would love to get my hands on some of those, amazing, cabela's carries a line of rod that also has some reel seats that are pretty awesome.
