Thanks Anthony and Mark. Yes this is my first snake skin. The diameter of the rod was really a little small for the pattern to show properly to full advantage. For the next I'll wait until I have a bigger bitt diameter. Apart from that I was still very happy with it.

Beautiful Mark. I can't do that. In Brasil if you kill a snake you can be arrested.

Beautiful work once again Mark.
I finally got a couple of red belly skins coming that a friends dad shot for me. One was in the living room and he grabbed the closest gun and didn't realise that there wasn't bird shot in the gun but lead and shot the floor and wall out, lol. The other is a clean head shot. I sure hope my first snake skin comes close to yours.
Cheers, Jan.

I am happy the WDB skin worked well for you, next time you will have to try a Eastern Diamondback skin...

Hi Mary Lou, Thanks again for the skin and your advice which was a huge help. It went together pretty well for the first but I also learned a few things as well for the next one. Best Regards Mark

Very nice work Mark. I need to find some time and give this a try, I just have to get over my phobia of snakes (lol).

Thanks Mark and Putter. Mark putting the skin on the rod is the easy part. Trying to convince the snake to part with his skin is the hard part.LOL.
