Rich, that's pretty damn good for your first attempt. Make sure you get some finish on this and bring it down the High Point. Is the background that Blue thread, or Black?

Thanks guys -
The background looks black in the picture but is actually a Madeira navy blue (1976) which matches the GUSA cobalt blue perfectly. This is on a GUSA Predator setup as a Tuna spinning rod.
