The guide wraps look like crap in the photos but,
are my favorite part of the rod.
They are wraped with black and silver thread (looks like a spring)
With the red and silver trimar widely spiraled around on top of that. You can see it better in the photo at the bottom of the butt wrap

Looks fantastic Eric. I had the same problem with the camera after the finish was on the thread. You did a lot of work on the Diamond, Mucho time.

ERic - definately a sweet rod. Very well done, nicely color coordinated. THE Black & Silver looks great i teh wrap done one band at a time like that, that will be copied, lol.

This is probably the best in your current "cowcatcher/snatcher" surf series... I like how all your rods have a "different" unique look to them.
