Grip just completed using Andy's cork. Yes, it's still on the mandrel. A rubberized cork butt cap will be installed once I have this installed on the blank.

That's really sharp. Great checker pattern and the aero seat looks right at home.

looks darn nice. i was thinking about doing the same (little different combination of exotic cork) but very similar. nicely done, and really makes me anxious to get mine knocked out.
