This shows a LSG 3.5 guide wrapped as a tip on the end of a Lamiglas XMG50 LSJ 842. It has a Forhan locking wrap and one coat of Diamondite. These are not as small as some of the guides that Steve has been working with, but you can build with these right now without waiting for the mini guides to come in.

Thanks for the compliment, I know that you appreciate just how small these things are, and what a pain they are to work with. Maybe I should have taken the picture with a dime for size reference
Any Fuji dealer should be able to get them, they are officially imported by Anglers Resource. I know that Custom Tackle and Mudhole both stock them
Next time I do it I will probably be able to get it a little closer to the end, but I still want to get at least 3 loops of a locking wrap on the guide. One thing that I found is that the normal way of doing the locking wrap, doing 2 wraps after the locking wraps didn’t work. The blocking wraps slid off the end of the blank, but the locking wraps pulled up tight. Next time I will just end it with the locking wraps.

I didn't realize MH carried them. I'll give it a try. It's hard to find little tip tops! Thanks for the tip on the Forhan with no blocking wraps after the locking wraps. I like those colors together. Is that blue dun?
