This is the handle on a 2-pc, 6ft light spinning rod I built for an auction. I used a 20mm rosewood seat. It truly gives a comfortable and still very light feel. Bigger really is better!

Very nice, a great clean elegant look! I use a 20mm on ulta-lights and love the feel and like the look.

Thanks, Jim and Duane.

The blank had a glossy plum finish, which really went well with the rosewood. I think I may make shorter grips around the seat next time, as on a small rod my hand never leaves the seat.
