Hi Fernando. I would get the guides under the rod as soon as possible. It looks like you have given the transition guides too much space, and you are only left with 3 guides (+tip) underneath the rod. What length is the rod? I would say you would need at leasat 5 guides (+tip) underneath the rod, as these are the only guides that will be bearing the load.


Move the stripper guide as close to the reel as possible, that will bring the line closer to the blank and in doing so, the line will transition to the bottom of the blank sooner. Then move the 2 transition guides much closer together, they only need to be about 15cm apart.
