Think of the grip as six individual segments instead of being round. If I told you more Billy would kill me lol. Great work on this BTW Billy.

THEre's a lot to getting everything to line up perfectly when you glue it back together. It's probably easier using wood than EVA to line it all up on th seams.

Tha'ts not the problem - EVA is much more malleable than wood, so when cutting strips, angles, glueing etc - you run a risk (and likelihood) of not cutting a PERFECTLY even strip, or when you glue the laminate together it curls up, or when you pause pushing the laminate through the bandsaw a small divot appaears in the middle of teh cut form teh heat of the saw blade I guess. The CC is a major plus over teh wood glue as you can glue it up ASAP after cutting and not have to wait overnight.
