I just wanted to post a photo of a grip made of Bocote, and Maple. The two axis chevron is done with a herringbone design. The inspiration for this came from Samsara Cues and from several wood turners that I know.

Very nice work Mark. Those Samsara cues with the scales that wrap the cue are unreal.
