Looks pretty tight already. I would say rolling is the only order of the day. What size threads did you use? I am guessing A and D. Looks like you did really well. This pattern is pretty high on the difficulty because of the stripes and blotches.

Hi Doc, Thanks for the compliment coming from you it means alot, i got really close when i took this picture thats why the threads look thick, its actually Gudebrod "B" 5896 regular for the turning thread and madiera 40wt. for the weave threads......colors 1942 (replacing 541reg.) color 1898 (replacing 5274ncp) 1773 (replacing 541ncp) 1792 (replacing 340 ncp) and 1801 (replacing 002)

Nice job Ralph!! I was wondering why there was so much dust in the Noreast RB forum today, lol. That Weave thread had cobwebs and tubleweed all over it. I'm expecting to see a few Carp, not Smallies.

Billy, the forum has been dead there execpt for a few dumb questions, i have been concentrating on the smallies more this fall then the giant goldfish but will be back up north this Friday
