I put together a few handles and made a trade for some blanks. The top is made of walnut, cherry, and maple. The insert is ipe with maple wedding bands. Second from the top is walnut with bloodwood trim. Third from top is Wayne's Ipe with maple eliptical and trim. Forth from the top is Bloodwood with Copano cork. The bottom is maple with a bloodwood elliptical and checkers. The insert is what was left over from a spider web blank.

Billy and Jim, Thanks I was just looking at the background in the picture. I met Doc for the first time about a week ago, he thought that I would be older and a little light in my loafers because of all the fabric and cutting board in the back ground of my pictures (lol). Still chuckling over that.

Hey the guy who did those checkers is pretty good, dont you think. LOL You young whipper snapper. It was great to meet you and love my pen but have to keep an eye one it because my best friend keeps trying to steal it. Need any more beer cans? I GOT TONS AND TONS. Your workmanship is awesome Mark and after recently seeing how some of this is done I might just have to break down and get a lathe. If I do it will be all your fault.

Mark, if your grips were music, and I was a girl, I would be a gold plated groupie. Beautiful work.
