I received this Ipe from Wayne D. and finally got a chance to work with it. It turns well and has a great look when finished. The ellipical is Maple, trimmed in dyed black veneer and the fore grip is trimmed with padauk and maple.

Bill, I use a several for different applications. The one I use the most is Titebond III. It seems to work very well and is water proof, Titebond III is what I used in this handle. Also the handle is a split grip Musky handle that I traded to Ron W, that's why the foregrip is so long.
