They haven't been produced in years. I found mine at Rick's Rods in Colorado. Kinda pricey even for a vintage item, but they can used with any type of reel, casting, spin or fly.

how well do they old the reel on the rod, do they hack up the cork much? thanks

Won't know how it holds up until I catch a few Redfish. The burl cork is denser than standard rings so it should hold up fine.
