Thanks. It is pretty easy as long as the quills are parallel to the axis of the rod. I sprayed the back of the feather with fixative and then measured the circumference then cut the feather slightly longer. Wrapped it around and removed quills until it fit. I then sprayed the back of the feather with spray adhesive. Afther that I wrapped each end.
