Mark, your handle assembly is owesome. That must be a Matagi reel seat and a rear trim RSR. You should also at another Matagi silver trim(D-VF)in front of the reel seat, just b4 the foregrip. Better still, you can also add a lock ring and an extension DS-SET.

Thanks Mark and Anthony. Anthony this was part of my first order from Matagi and I wanted to see some of the parts prior to buying to many. I love them and will be ordering more in the future. The possibilities are endless. I want to order the Andromeda finish on a blank and try that.

If everything in the world had to be one color, I'd pick purple. That's incentive Mark!!!

Another great looking rod all around. Never would have thought that purple and green would look that good together.

Mark, I have to say that I really like your work. I tell you what, if I ever find myself in Broken Hill I REALLY WILL come and visit for some lessons. It's not that other guys on here don't do nice work, its just that for my personal taste your handles, guide and butt wraps really appeal to me. I aspire to be able to build a rod as nice as the ones you make. Alas, I don't have the talent, eye for colour or patience that you obviously do.

Thanks Jason. That offer for the beer or 10 is still on anytime. As for colour, it is in the eye of the beholder and patience is not hard when you love what you do. Thanks for the compliments.
