Hi Italo. You have a lot of movement in a very short space. If you would like to send me pictures of the artwork I might be able to give you some suggestions. There appears to be a tension and packing problem also

Thanks Doc,
I will send you it, the problem is that when I finish the weave and try to tension the thread they don't move, I think because the wrapping thread is too thaight . This logo is 2,5 cm in lenght and has 4 layers.

Are you tightening from both ends? I wrap extremely tight and can usually still get most threads by using both ends. What is the thread count?

Doc,
no I tight only one side !!! the count was 70 x 34 .
In my next one I will try to both ends.
