Here's some of Andy's cork in square form, with a couple of cork veneers which are about .030" thick and cut on my bandsaw.


I apologize to Andy, sinc I didn't ahve tim eto complete my grip for the CHAllenge, I just haven't had much time in the past week but will try to get something done ASAP.


PS - Cork squares are not available for sale, if there is enough interest it may be available one day in teh future. Those looking at all the inlayed wooden handles that MArk Blabuam and Ray Jorgenson (as well as several others) have done, but prefer cork - this should be the material you've been looking for...I know I have been.

I'd like some! I've cut Yoga blocks into squares but they are uniform composite and don't have the appeal imo of the exotic burl.

Curious to hear if anyone else has tried making grips out of teh strips. I know a couple of pictures have been posted, I'm wonderingif there is anyone else.
