Here's my crappy entry into the Grip Challenge. NPS 17 reel seat with a 45 degree angle cut ot of teh front of teh seat, and a cheap pre-formed grip cut into a "vee" shape 45 degrees on each side. The entire foregrip was sanded by hand so match up with teh reel seat.
The idea was to make a spinning seat where my thumb was comfortable resting on a piece of cork, while my pointer finger was touching the blank. I've fished this twice, adn need ot sand one side a little more so my pointer finger is not uncomfy (the "grip" is too wide in teh front).

Had the same thought as Fred.. hahhaha
Pretty neat, Billy. The more I look at it, the more I think it is probably very comfortable? Looks like it would fit the hand real nice.
