A set of tuna rail rods(designed to lay on the boat rail to fight the fish without a harness)These were intentionally built with longer than typical rear grips (longer than usual for a heavy stand-up-at13")and no gimbals. The Blanks are Calstar Grafighters, GF760H, GF700XH, and GF700ML, Batson reel seats, Batson black Turbos w/blue zirconium inserts (XBSTZG), and All American Sundance roller guides on the 760H. The wraps are: GB 468 NCP base with purple/blue/red marbling, Sulky HoloShimmer purple split under wrap, GB 411 NCP guide wrap with Sulky HoloShimmer blue single inlay, GB 337 NCP and Superior metalic #2 champaign trim bands.

Fantastic work, Scott, as usual. So when are you going to make that grip material available to the rest of us ? It looks really awesome. How does it hold up ?

Scott,
Your work is very impressive. You are not only doing original things with the handle materials and your wraps but this time the marbling is unlike anything that I have seen before. Plus I have looked closely at some of your work and the workmanship seems to be flawless. My hat is off to you.
