Grip for a Musky rod made of Curly Maple and Big Leaf Maple Burl with several layers of veneer. The dimensions got away on me and I had to make a musky grip (live and learn) in order to make the cube fit the handle. The basic idea came from a pool cue they do make a great looking grip.

Mark, this is another one I like. All your wood handles are so beautiful on your rods. Will you use them at all?

I'm a little slow sometimes so please forgive me. I should give credit where credit is due. The original design and inspiration for the grip was from Samsara Cues and adapted to the grip. If you would like to see some exceptional work you should check out their web site [ link ] , they go beyond craftsmen and artists seems to be a better fit. They have some of the most original cues I have ever seen.

Beautiful job Mark. I would hate to use it and get it scratched up. Excellent work.
