Yes, I put Thread Master on some of them. I have tried various finishes and paints but Thread Master with pigments or pearl essence works best for me.

Pat,
The Skin Shop sent me a sample of Canebrake (? sp) Rattlesnake, and I want to try using it in place of a butt wrap on a rod I'm building. What do you use to attach it to the blank? You can email me direct, wvbobcat77@aol.com, if you like.

U40 Color Lock 2, works fine for me. It gets quite tacky and penetrates the skin. Avoid using any type glue. Have sent you a separate e-mail.
