Billy's "Evil Bass" 65 X 110
5 colors 4 layers. 7mm X 26mm
Design threads are size "A" and wrapping thread is "D" (all reg. nylon). This is my first attempt at weaving other than name lettering. A bit daunting to jump right in with a multi-layer color change but I just HAD to verify my pattern making abilities. I liked Billy's Evil bass so much I decided to honor him with the pattern.
The "D" wrapping thread elongated the pattern more than I liked. Next time I'll nail it for sure!

Thanks Jim!
15+ hrs to make the pattern, 6+ hrs for the left list and 20 + hrs to do the weave. HAD FUN EVERY MINUTE even though there was much cursing! LOL!
And I owe it ALL to Billy! LOL

Don't blame me......blame Hotfish.com. You can buy a matching tee shirt, lol. Nice job.

You did a great job weaving Ray. We need to find an answer to the CP streaks though. Jim U and I yaked about it this weekend and I am sure if he comes up with something he will get us all on line. Nothing wrong with the wrap though. I think the proportions are fine.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Yea Doc, one of these days someone is gonna finger it out. Jim, Doc, & Charlie, you guys have helped me more than you know
with my weaving. Doing my home work and reading the forum, and taking hints suggestions from others like Ellis & Larry, Mick & Stan, Tom Walters & others gave me the confidence to shoot for the moon
