This is my first attempt at weaving. Well not really, this is actually the fourth :-) The first two were a total disaster. I was using white for the pattern & found it nearly impossible to pick out against the loom. The third was much better & this one I think is actually passable. Too bad it's on a 1/2" dowel.

If it will go on a dowel it will go on a rod. Great work and the little gaps will roll flat and disappear.

I'm not worried about the gaps as I haven't burnished or rolled it yet. Your weaving DVD was extremely helpful in reducing the learning curve, thanks for taking the time to make it.
I have found that it takes alot of concentration on top of patients to do this weaving thing. I think I'll CP & finish this to see how it turns out & next I'll try the 2 layer version.
