Jim, nice to see you still posting pics. Did you use an Aftco seat on this rod?

Billy, a fish dragger doesn't have a reel seat, it's a gaff for dragging fish when one gets in off long range trips out of San Diego. Fish are hauled up to the dock landing and the fisherman drag/carry them to numbered spots so each fisherman gets his own fish which have been tagged with a number.

Billy,
I just assumed from the size fish you catch that you wouldn't have a need or know what a fish dragger is...............

Your stuff is just so cool and clean Jim. Thanks for posting. The blue in the trim band, off the weave, is that a nylon w/o CP? If so, thats overly huge!!

Mike, the light blue is fishhawk persian blue metallic, dark is gudebrod HT royal blue, both size A, I used the same persian blue in the diamond alternating with black 00 gudebrod. The split diamond used fishhawk silver and gudebrod 00 black
the varigated is giant sized Holland C!
I try to never to cp, don't see a need for it cept with nylon thread which I rarely use anymore

HaHA! YOu assumed correctly, I had no idea what a fish dragger was. And you assumed right since I don't catch anything big enough to warrant teh need. My fish dragger is a 5 gallon bucket.
