Jon,
I cut the wheels out of Plexiglas (0.195) with a 2 ½” hole saw then using the (Jet) lathe I clean them up and put a small grove for the o-ring.
All of the support brackets and the motor bracket I made from Plexiglas.

Lynn, Than is really cool and when you tell us how you did your wheels it sounds so simple but I am not sure I would have thought of it in a million years. I would love to see a close up of the motor and pully assmebly you used.

Thanks! It’s hard to see in that photo but there are no pulleys
I will get some photos posted in a few days of the motor end of the dryer.
