I hope to see you again in N.C. !!
Yes it is, I sametime use it for sand the wood ogive before to put it on the electronic lathe (I will post tomorrow the picture) , or sand the butt blank . I often use the grinder for my stainless steel tool , when I needed to sharpen it for use on the mini lathe .
Of course I go in another room , to avoid to make the dust .

Italo< The lighting that you have above your work table.Does that give off ample light to work with or do you have other lights??Thanks >

Hello Donald, they are 3 low energy white hot lamp and they are 200 watt each , plus I have up the cieling another two 100 watt lamp, but I use this only when I have costomers in my workshop because they give light on the rods rack.
