My first grip using using thin sliced cork. (Reg Burl and two types of Andy's) I had to use a miter box to cut these since I hadn't made my cork slicing jig yet. Major pain in the neck!

Thanks Raymond for the kudos on both handles. The split grip slices were done with a miter box and what a pain that was. I had to use my belt sander to sand some of them flat! The other pic of the full grip was done with my new handy dandy homemade slicing jig. All the rings came out perfect every time and it only took me about 10-15 min. to make the jig. Thanks again.

The more I look at that grip the more I like it. I have a couple of cork cutting jigs that I got from Custom Tackle Supply that work very well. However, I would like to see a picture of your homemade jig.
