I think this is a CPW (Custom Power Wrapper) Powerhead with 3 Jaw chuck.
The chuck is 3.000" wide. Jaws expand to 1.750"

The CPW uses Taig main pieces such as the headstock and headstock support. The "gearbox" and headstock riser are unique CPW pieces. But yes, those items came off a CPW lathe. Angler's Workshop should have replacement parts if you need them.
