Noticed in some weaving photos that the running threads are in front of blank from beneath. With my Clemens carraige the wrapping thread goes over the top. By rod bonding an SIC tip to the base of the carraige I can now run the thread from beneath, a much better position for the thread to be while weaving.

Depends on the how the pattern set up, and where the running thread is while in a sitting position watching Timlin blow a game!!!. Do you weave 1-100 or 100- 1? If you go to hirods.com, he weaves right to left. Go figure, I made rod bond adjustments to do what works for me. Compromise, adapt, overcome.
