With the butt wrap in the picture I would say that you did real well. If I was your friend I would be happy to receive that rod.

Nice work! You will get a better look if you get the butt wrap closer to the handle and make the trim bands a bit narrower. Your freind is gonna SMILE big!

I REALLY love the colors. Especially on the grips. And I love how you worked the same colors into the wrap. Great job! Your friend will have permagrin for months from the day you give the rod to him. All I can say is your friend is one lucky guy! Smile
