This is the outside of Larry Tysinger's new rod building shop. You may have heard some of us discussing it after the recent NC rod builders gathering. For the inside views, stay tuned for the volume 9 #4 issue of RodMaker.

Larry was a great host for the NC Gathering. His shop is definitely first class and the Gathering was a fine learning event for me. His shop is hard to describe in words. It's everything all of us aspire to and so well organized.

By the way, that's not a garage on the right (it can be though). All Larry's power tools are on wheels so he can roll them outside to work. There is also a large covered patio on the back of the shop with another roll up door (electrically operated, of course) so he can use the tools on the covered "patio" during bad weather.

I think I could live in that "Shop" and be quite happy and content. All I would have to add would be a fireplace. I love to sit by the fire at night.
