To make the stars in this wrap I used an old Holland metallic thread in silver and blue.

Mike, That is actually a picture of a rod I built in '86 for a co-worker. My wife was cleaning out a closet and found the picture. The white blank is a Fenwick SP845 that was very popular for wrapping popping rods at that time. Another co-worker that was a commercial photogopher took the picture for me.
