Very nice work. I'm thinking of doing something similar with Andy's corks. Thanks for the photo post.
How are the O-rings working out on those patio door rollers?

That looks exotic. Where did you find the O rings?

Thanks fellas, the super custom o-rings came from Stan Gregory. We both had the same dilema finding suitable o-rings for the patio rollers. Stan found o-ring stock material and glued 'em up. He found pity on me and forwarded me a supply. They work great, and fit PERFECT! Carrington

Ellis, as Carrington mentioned, finding O-rings that fit those particular rollers was a bit frustrating and one that required a reasonable solution.
Stock material was found and O-rings built. They seem to work well.
If I can help you with O-ring issues for these particular rollers, shoot me an e-mail. Might be able to help.
Carrington, I'm glad they worked. Hope they hold up fairly well over time & think they will. It wasn't pity - just trying to solve a problem. I had an excess of stock material and shared some practice efforts at making O-rings.
