A hybrid acid roller design using a conventional roller stripper and Neptune 180 degree rollers. I used a 12 turbo for the bumper simply because it was the first guide I layed my hands on...this is simply a test. I would use an 8 or 10 for the bumper in a real life situation.

A lower guide will be better. All the bumper has to do is keep the line off the blank. The closer it stays to the blank surface, the better it will ride in the rollers.
