G'day Ray. Yes this is an opal from a little place called White Cliffs near where I live. The flash has washed the colour out but in real life it sparkles with all the colour opals are known for.

Good stuff Mark. Great looking grip and I really like the feathers. At first glance it is hard to tell that they are feathers.

Thanks Mick. The feathers are really subtle with speckles and are a little darker than they appear in this photo. This is the first one I have done with a metalic underwrap. If you, Mike or Ray would like some of the feathers let me know. They are pretty rare and look heaps better in real life than my poor photos.
