Because of all the "stuff" on exhibit in the main hall, it's easy to forget that the National Rod Builders Show is built around continuing education for the custom rod builder. This was one of Jim Upton's early morning seminars on basic rod building. Most of the Saturday seminars drew 75 to 80 people each. They were extremely well done and very well attended. They will remain our chief focus.

All of the seminars were great. I took my girlfriend to this one (orange shirt, forefround) for some basics on assembly/guide position and between this seminar and the Ken Preston DVD she won she is on her way to building her own. She was so impressed with Jim and Hiro's dragon weaves that she had to get a pic with both of them. I will try and post later.
