Leon how do you change the color of your thread? I mean when you go from blue to orange, how did you tye off the blue and start the orange? Same for the orange to the silver?

Michael: The way I would do it is lay the goldenrod and white thread under the main wrap on the bottom of the rod about 8 wraps before the first color change. Then when ready to change color I bring the goldenrod color over the taught original color and that holds down the original color. I keep both threads taught while I rotate a little. Then take the end of the original thread and pull it out slightly to make it 90 degrees. Carefully rotate a couple turns then you have the original color over wrapped with the new color enough to hold it in place. Trim the original thread and then do the same thing again with the last color. Put in a pull before starting the first color change. Once you do it a couple times you will get it. The next time I wrap I will have a video camera with me to document some things like this stuff. Hope this helps.
